Terms of use
These terms govern the use of MCP Omie and the damasiormoura.org website, provided by Rodrigo Damasio de Moura, CPF 289.901.468-44 ("we"). By using the service you agree to them and to theprivacy policy.
1. The service
MCP Omie is an MCP (Model Context Protocol) connector that lets an AI assistant, such as Claude, query and run operations on the Omie ERP accounts the customer registered, on behalf of the people the customer authorized.
The service is in a pilot phase: features may change, and there is no availability commitment (SLA) until one is agreed in writing.
2. Customers and users
- Customer is the accounting firm or company that hires the service and registers the Omie accounts of the companies it manages.
- User is a person invited by the customer, with read or write access to all or some of those companies.
The service is meant for businesses and professionals, not for consumers.
3. Customer responsibilities
- Be authorized by each company whose Omie API keys it registers, and keep them valid.
- Choose whom to invite, each person's access level and which companies they reach, and revoke access that is no longer needed.
- Ensure, as controller, that the processing of data about the companies and the third parties held in Omie has a legal basis.
- Keep its own agreements with Omie and with the provider of the AI assistant it uses in good standing.
4. User responsibilities
- Keep your sign-in account secure and do not share it.
- Review the preview before confirming any operation that moves money or issues, changes or cancels a tax document. Confirming is your act: the service runs exactly what was shown.
- Check the AI assistant's answers before relying on them; they may contain interpretation errors.
5. Prohibited use
- Accessing or attempting to access data of companies or customers you are not authorized for.
- Circumventing the service's limits, authentication, confirmations or security measures.
- Using the service for fraud, for any illegal activity, or in ways that harm Omie or other customers.
- Reselling or sublicensing access without a written agreement.
6. Omie and AI assistants
The service relies on the Omie API and on the AI assistant chosen by the customer, which are third-party services with their own terms, limits and availability. We are not responsible for their unavailability, changes or errors, or for content generated by the AI assistant.
7. Price
During the pilot, the service is offered free of charge to invited participants. Later prices and commercial terms will be presented in a specific proposal and apply only once accepted by the customer.
8. Suspension and termination
- We may suspend access in case of prohibited use, security risk or legal requirement, notifying the customer whenever possible.
- The customer may stop using the service at any time. At the end, the registered API keys are deleted and other data follows the retention periods in the privacy policy.
9. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for lost profits, data loss caused by third parties or indirect damages. Our total liability, for any cause, is limited to the amount paid by the customer in the 12 months before the event — or, during the free pilot, to the repair of direct damage proven to be caused by us.
10. Intellectual property
The software and the content of this website are ours. Customer data remains the customer's. Omie and Claude are trademarks of their respective owners; this service is not affiliated with them.
11. Changes
We may update these terms. Material changes will be communicated to customers reasonably in advance; continued use after they take effect means agreement.
12. Governing law and venue
These terms are governed by the laws of the Federative Republic of Brazil. The courts of São Paulo/SP are chosen to settle any dispute, to the exclusion of any other.
